The JD Power U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study evaluates the experiences of customers at the nation’s largest financial institutions, measuring satisfaction across key dimensions including trust, people, account offerings, digital channels, banking how and when I want, helping to save my time and money, and problem resolution. The 2026 study is based on responses from more than 100,000 retail banking customers collected over four waves of research from January 2025 through January 2026, providing a comprehensive view of the customer experience.
